Finally the 200th movie of Sahashimha Vishnuvardhan has completed the picturization. The last song and the climax shooting was completed recently in Bidadi near Bangalore. The cine industry and the entire Vishnu's camp is having lots of hopes on this movie named Aptharakshaka. The thin wafer background about Apthamitra is carried forward in Aptharakshaka. The characters of Psychiatrist and the mantrik are only the visible similarities to Apthamitra. Most of the others in the cast are replaced by new ones. Sandhya, Vimala Raman forming the lady intrests. Ramesh Bhat, Srinivas Murthy and Komal Kumar is the new addition to this movie. According to sources, Komal seems to have performed beyond expectations and his scenes with Vishnu seem to be outstanding. P.Vasu has penned the story, screenplay and also is behind the megaphone for this project. Krishna Kumar, the co producer of Apthamitra is the producer of Aptharakshaka. According to Vishnu, P.Vasu is really the hero of this movie who has put forth an amazing story combining both spirituality and science. Such is knowledge of P.Vasu that with the same story there can be seven sequels produced. In Aptharakshaka, the mantrik (Avinash) makes the first entry and later the Psychiatrist (Vishnu). As it happens in movies with spoofy background, Aptharakshaka had its share of woes too. Vishnuvardhan fell of a horse while shooting in Bangalore Palace and escaped with minor injuries. The leading lady, Vimala Raman faced something unusual. While on the shoot, after she had retired for the day and was lying on a bed, she felt as though someone was sleeping next to her. Avinash who is a pro in dubbing, failed to complete the dubbing for this movie in the scheduled timings and had to extend his dubbing period.
