Actor Vishnuvardhan and Actress Tara was presented the Videocon Suprabhata Film Viewers Award for their stunning performance in the films Surappa and Kanoor Heggadathi respectively. Sparsha directed by Sunil Kumar Desai bagged the best film of the year award. In a glittering function held here tonight actor and Member of Parliament Ambareesh was conferred a special award for his contribution to the Kannda film industry.
